Celebritrees was an original concept created by East of Eden London, benefitting the ITV Text Santa appeal, which had teamed up with three charities; Macmillan Cancer Support, Make-A-Wish® UK and Save the Children. The money raised went towards funding nurses and other essential workers so people affected by cancer get the support they need; granting wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions and transforming children’s lives here and abroad to give hope to families in difficulty at Christmas.

What we did

East of Eden London secured a number of high profile celebrities including Kylie Minogue, Eva Longoria, Laetitia Casta, Mel B, Mary Portas and Katherine Jenkins who all decorated a tree, festooning it with their favourite festive decorations. Each star also signed a bauble of their choice which was then auctioned off to raise money. East of Eden London organised for Kylie Minogue to launch the campaign when she made a special appearance at Liberty unveiling her tree, she also promoted the campaign in an exclusive interview on ITV’s This Morning.
